Terms of Use

Last Updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cineora: AI Video Maker (package name: com.cineora.studio), an AI-assisted video creation app. By downloading, accessing, or using Cineora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and Cineora ("Cineora," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law. You must have the legal capacity to agree to them. If you use Cineora for an organization or another person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms when required by applicable law.

2. The Service

Cineora provides AI-assisted tools that may help you turn creative ideas, directions, supported content, or other inputs into video and related results. Features, controls, limits, availability, compatibility, and results may vary by app version, device, region, and distribution channel. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as permitted by law.

Cineora is a creative tool. It is not designed to provide factual, legal, medical, financial, identity-verification, or other professional conclusions or advice.

3. License to Use Cineora

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cineora for lawful purposes on a compatible device that you control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, bypass safeguards in, or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits that conduct.

You must not use automated means to probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with Cineora or the systems supporting it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's information or to any service or system.

4. Your Inputs and Responsibilities

"Inputs" include prompts, instructions, creative directions, images, photos, videos, audio, and other content that you submit or select for a Cineora feature, where supported. You retain any rights you have in your Inputs. You are responsible for your Inputs, your creative choices, and your decision to submit or use them.

You represent and warrant that you own your Inputs or have all rights, consents, licenses, and permissions needed to submit and process them, create the requested result, and use that result as you intend. This includes permissions relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, data protection, confidentiality, and other rights that may apply.

5. People, Likenesses, and Consent

If an Input depicts or identifies another person, you must have that person's permission or another valid legal basis to use their image, likeness, voice, identity, or personal information in the requested creation. For children or others who cannot provide legal consent themselves, you must obtain permission from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person where required.

You must not use Cineora to create or distribute intimate, exploitative, humiliating, harassing, or materially deceptive content involving a person without meaningful consent. You must respect requests and legal rights relating to another person's likeness, privacy, and personal information.

6. AI Outputs and Human Review

"Outputs" are videos, previews, images, or other material generated or processed in response to your Inputs and choices. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use an Output subject to these Terms and any rights held by others. We do not claim ownership of your original Input merely because you submit it to generate an Output.

AI-generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, similar to material generated for another user, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for intellectual-property protection or registration.

You must review each Output before saving, publishing, relying on, or sharing it. Check for errors, unsafe material, misleading implications, and content that may violate another person's rights. Where context, law, platform rules, or reasonable audience expectations call for disclosure, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated or materially AI-altered. Do not present an AI-generated or materially altered Output as an authentic record, evidence, identity, endorsement, or event when doing so could mislead others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cineora, Inputs, or Outputs to:

8. License Needed to Operate Requested Features

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display your Inputs and Outputs only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot, prevent misuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This license does not transfer ownership of your Inputs to us and ends when the relevant content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to reasonable technical, backup, security, and legal requirements.

9. Saving and Sharing

If Cineora offers a save, export, download, or share function, you choose whether to use it and where the Output goes. Once you share an Output with another person, platform, or service, we may not be able to control, retrieve, or delete copies. You are responsible for ensuring that your sharing is lawful and consistent with any promises you made to people depicted or heard in the content.

10. Google Play and Paid Features

If you obtain Cineora through Google Play, Google's applicable store, payment, subscription, refund, license, security, and device-compatibility terms may apply in addition to these Terms. Google Play may manage downloads, updates, purchases, entitlements, or subscriptions if such paid features are offered. Any refund or cancellation request handled by Google is subject to Google's applicable policies and mandatory law.

If paid features, subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases are offered, the applicable price, billing terms, and renewal or cancellation information will be presented through the relevant purchase flow. You are responsible for authorized charges and applicable taxes. Uninstalling the app may not cancel a subscription; follow the platform's cancellation instructions.

11. Intellectual Property in Cineora

Cineora, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no right in Cineora is transferred to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or payment, but we do not acquire ownership of your separate Inputs merely because feedback accompanies them.

12. Third-Party Services

Cineora may depend on or allow access to third-party services, including Google Play, operating-system capabilities, or destinations you choose when sharing content. Those services are controlled independently by their providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

You may stop using Cineora at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, harm to others, nonpayment where applicable, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about Inputs, Outputs, responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cineora and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the app will always be available, that defects will be corrected, or that any Output will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from or related to Cineora, Inputs, Outputs, or these Terms. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Cineora during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, the minimum amount permitted as a liability cap under applicable law. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your Inputs, Outputs, unlawful sharing, violation of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct, and it may not apply in jurisdictions that restrict consumer indemnities.

17. Governing Rules and Disputes

Applicable law may provide you with mandatory consumer rights that these Terms cannot change. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice, unless immediate action is needed or applicable law gives you another right. Because users may access Cineora from different places, the governing law and available forum will be determined by applicable conflict-of-law, consumer-protection, and jurisdiction rules rather than by a rule that would unlawfully deprive you of mandatory protections.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Cineora, law, or our practices. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the app.

19. General Terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a lawful business transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Cineora, except for additional terms clearly presented for a specific feature or purchase.
