1. Scope and Your Agreement
This Privacy Policy applies to Cineora: AI Video Maker ("Cineora," "we," "us," or "our") and communications you send to us about the app. By using Cineora, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Information We May Handle
Creative inputs and content you choose
Depending on the features you use, Cineora may handle information you deliberately submit or select, including:
- Prompts, descriptions, concepts, preferences, settings, and other creative directions;
- Images, photos, videos, audio, or other media you choose to provide when supported by an available feature;
- Generated or processed videos, previews, intermediate material, and other results associated with your request; and
- Messages, attachments, and contact details you include when requesting support, providing feedback, or making a privacy request.
You decide what to submit where a feature gives you that choice. Please do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information that is more sensitive than necessary for your request.
Technical and usage information
We may receive technical and usage information reasonably needed to operate, protect, and improve Cineora. This may include app version, device type, operating-system information, language or general region settings, timestamps, request status, feature interactions, network-related information, crash reports, diagnostics, performance information, and signals used for security or abuse prevention. The information available depends on your device, settings, app version, and the services involved in the feature you use.
Google Play and purchase information
If paid features are offered and you make a purchase through Google Play, Google generally processes your payment details. We may receive limited purchase, subscription, receipt, transaction, or entitlement information needed to provide and manage the purchased feature, prevent fraud, or respond to support requests. We do not represent that every version of Cineora offers paid features.
3. Device Permissions
Cineora may request access to a device capability only when it is relevant to a feature you choose to use. For example, a feature that lets you select or create media may require access to photos, videos, files, a camera, or a microphone. The permission prompt displayed by Android controls the access available to the app.
You may decline a permission or later change it in your device settings. A feature that depends on that permission may then be unavailable or may not work as intended. The permissions requested can vary by app version, device, and feature.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Receive and process a creative request and provide the AI-assisted video feature you choose;
- Generate, render, present, save, or support an output where the relevant feature makes those actions available;
- Operate the app, maintain service continuity, verify entitlements, and provide customer support;
- Diagnose errors, monitor reliability and performance, and improve the user experience;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, harmful activity, and security incidents;
- Enforce applicable terms and protect users, our rights, and the rights of others; and
- Comply with applicable law and valid legal process.
5. AI Processing
Cineora uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to provide requested video creation features. Relevant prompts, creative directions, supported media, settings, intermediate data, and outputs may be transmitted to and processed by systems involved in providing that feature. Processing may include interpreting instructions, analyzing submitted material, generating visual content or motion, rendering results, detecting technical failures, and applying safety measures.
AI processing is probabilistic. A result may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, unsuitable, or contain elements you did not intend. Review each result before saving, publishing, sharing, or relying on it. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and you understand the feature being used.
This Policy does not state that all processing occurs only on your device. It also does not state that your content is used to train general-purpose AI models unless a separate, clear disclosure for a relevant feature explains such use.
6. When Information May Be Shared
We may make information available in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors acting for us may process information where reasonably necessary for hosting, AI processing, storage, rendering, delivery, analytics, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, or customer support.
- At your direction. If you choose an export, download, or sharing action, content may be sent to the device, person, service, or destination you select. The recipient's own terms and privacy practices apply.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, or enforce applicable terms.
- Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- With your consent. We may disclose information for another purpose that we clearly explain and to which you consent.
We do not publish a fixed provider list in this Policy because the systems supporting Cineora may change. Service providers are expected to handle information for the purposes for which it is made available and subject to appropriate obligations.
7. Google Play
If you obtain Cineora through Google Play, Google may independently process information relating to downloads, device compatibility, app updates, payments or subscriptions if offered, license or entitlement checks, account activity, security, and store interactions. Google's own privacy policy and terms govern that processing. Cineora does not control Google's independent practices.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing a requested feature, maintaining security and reliability, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. The retention period can vary based on the type of information, feature behavior, user choices, technical requirements, and applicable law.
Temporary, cached, backup, diagnostic, and security records may follow different deletion cycles. Deleting an item from your device does not remove a copy you previously shared with another person or external service. Where an in-app deletion option is available, follow its instructions; you may also contact us about a privacy request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No device, transmission, processing method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping appropriate control of your device and of the content you choose to retain or share.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may choose not to provide optional content, manage device permissions, decide not to use an available sharing action, and stop using Cineora. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability regarding certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, email joneslakiah50@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will respond as required by applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
Cineora is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may consent to data processing under the law that applies to them. Do not submit a child's personal information or media unless you have the legal authority and all permissions required to do so. If you believe information from a child has been handled contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review the situation.
12. International Processing
Information may be processed in locations other than where you live when necessary to operate Cineora. Privacy protections may differ among jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for relevant transfers.
13. Third-Party Services and Destinations
Cineora may interact with Google Play, operating-system features, or other destinations you choose to use. Those third parties independently control their services and may collect information under their own policies. Review their terms and privacy practices before sending content or personal information to them.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Cineora, law, or our practices. We will revise the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law. Please review this Policy periodically.
